Terms & Conditions
  • All rates are quoted in South African Rand
  • Rates are subject to change without notice
  • Rates are subject to availability
  • Rates include 14% VAT and government levy
  • Rates include full use of facilities and daily cleaning service
  • Rates serve as a guideline and can be adjusted depending on number of guests per apartment and length of stay. Discounts are offered for long term rentals.
  • We will be happy to provide you with an individual quote for accommodation based on your requirements, number of guests, children and length of stay.

Cancellation policy:

  • If the reservation is cancelled or reduced within 10 days of the date of arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If the reservation is cancelled or reduced within 10 -30 days of the date of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • If the reservation is cancelled or reduced more than 30 days of the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the contracted value.

Deposit Policy

  • A 50 % deposit is required in order to secure your booking.
  • The deposit must be received within 5 working days of the reservation, failing which this reservation will lapse.
  • Full Payment needs to be made 30 days prior to the booking.
  • Payment can be made either by a direct transfer into the British Hotel Apartments account (please note that a deposit slip will be required in order to secure the booking - please fax) or by credit card (a 4 % processing fee will apply.)
  • Guests stay at the British Hotel Apartments at their own risk, and we do not accept responsibility for injury damage to property, however caused.
  • The account for accommodation and extras must be settled before departure, and the guest authorises us to debit his/her credit card for any monies due.
